That’s why all Jetz Service Co. washers and dryers have easy to find, scannable barcodes for identification purposes. Residents may report issues and request service by downloading the FREE Jetz Service app for smart phones and devices.
Simply scan the equipment barcode, select the issue you are experiencing, and Submit.
Contact your dedicated Branch Office by selecting your location from the app and clicking to call or email.
